Premium Road Services

Customer who purchase PRS coverage will be entitled to:

1. retrieval of a key that was locked inside the vehicle, including towing of the vehicle if necessary (this without derogating from the customer's obligation to pay Kesher in connection with the duplicating of the key and/or its encoding).

2. service for replacing a flat tire with the spare tire (this without derogating from the customer's responsibility to repair the flat tire.

3. supply of fuel to a vehicle that ran out of fuel (5 liters).
